Bitter gourd considered the most despicable vegetable of all, the karela is high in nutrients and provides numerous health benefits. It is known for its benefits and despised for its bitter taste.

It is an great source of vitamin B1, B2, B3, C, magnesium, folate, zinc, phosphorus, manganese, and has high dietary fibre. It is rich in iron, and it contains twice the beta-carotene of broccoli, twice the calcium of spinach, and twice the potassium of a banana.

This Salad is another one of those recipes that are so simple to put together, I question whether to post it on this channel or not. Then I remember those days you need something simple and quick to do.

Ingredients: for 2servings
300 gm Chicken
1 Baby gem lettuce

Hand full of Spinach
2-3 Radish
1/2 Cucumber
