How to Make Quiche

I was wondering how can we make a healthy baked recipe. First thing came in my mind it was quiche. But the recipe I made is more in fibre than a conventional quiche. Conventionally Quiche has a pastry crust and a filling of eggs and milk or cream. It can be made with vegetables, meat and seafood. There are many variants of quiche, using a wide variety of ingredients. Variants may be named descriptively, often in French, e.g. quiche au Fromage (quiche with cheese) and quiche aux champignons (quiche with mushrooms) or conventionally, e.g. florentine and provençale.

In this recipe, I used a lot of kale and spinach and asparagus which is high in fibre and many other macronutrients and micronutrients. A thin shortcrust pastry is not too much carbohydrate and almost no added sugar. cheese is high in fat but It will provide you with a lot of essential nutrients which we need. This is probably the most #Healthy quiche out there.

Here is the recipe for 10 mini portions or 2 large pie, I recommend to make more portions as you can store them in the fridge or freezer for a while. if you want to make less just use half of each ingredient.
