Tomatoes: 2 large
Onion: 2 medium
Peppers: 4 (2 red 2 green / optional )
Salt to taste
Curry powder: 1.5 tbsp
Crushed garlic: 4 cloves
Crushed cumin: 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
To cook this awesome aloo Shimla Mirch curry you just add oil into the pan and Chop the onion in the hot oil. Add the crushed garlic, salt and curry powder.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until it gets to a nice saucy consistency and add the chopped potatoes.
Add the chopped peppers and some water, cook for 5 to 7 minutes with the lid on. After its cooked add the crushed cumin and stir.
Take it out of the heat and serve hot with rice or chapatti
