Hello everyone we love food is back again with five new refreshing and healthy smoothie recipe

#Beet Smoothie: Our next one is very berry smoothie, it takes less than 5 minutes and currently it is our family’s favourite. For this you can use a mix of berries together with banana, yogurt, almond and milk, then blitz it all together and ready to go! You can use frozen mix berries for this recipe to make it simpler.

Recipe:

1 Beetroot

3-4 Strawberry

5gm Ginger

20gm Celery

Handful of Watercress

100ml Water

Add all the ingredients to the blender first. Then Blend well. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. And enjoy!


#Very Berry Smoothie: Our next one is very berry smoothie, it takes less than 5 minutes and currently it is our family’s favourite. 3 to 4 Strawberry

Handfull of Blueberry

Handfull of Raspberry

1 Banana

250ml Milk

50gm Yogurt

20gm Almond

Add all the ingredients to the blender first. Then Blend well. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. And enjoy!


#SympleGreen Smoothie: Next is our Simple Green Smoothie, This is what you need for breakfast especially after you have fasted for long hours. This is definitely far from smoothies loaded with calories. It’s light yet tasty! If you don’t have enough fruits and veg in your diet, packing them into a smoothie is great. The avocado make it creamy and this is packed with protein fibre and nutrients from the fruits. This smoothie will keep you going for a while.

Recipe:

1 Kiwi

Hand full of Grapes

1 Avocado

2 Madjool Dates seeded

½ Lime Juice

Add all the ingredients to the blender first. Then Blend well. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. And enjoy!


#SpicyGreen Smoothie: Next is spicy green smoothie, this cucumber and spinach smoothie is my favourite green smoothie combo. It is super fresh and light if you add water it feels more like juice rather than smoothie but still very testy. In order to spice up my smoothie I just add green chilli and balance the flavour with coriander lime juice and Himalayan salt. If you haven’t tried this hot smoothie I really recommend you to give it a try. If you are not a big fan of spicy heat avoid chilli and enjoy the delicious green smoothie.

Recipe:

1/2Avocado

Handful of Spinach

¼ Cucumber

1 Chilli

20 gm Coriander Leaf

½ Lime Juice

10gm Himalayan Salt

Add all the ingredients to the blender first. Then Blend well. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. And enjoy!


#RiseAndShine Smoothie: Last but not least is our rise and shine smoothie. This is my favourite summer smoothie as I have used combination of tropical fruits. Mango, papaya and banana then added sunflower seeds and milk these are not fancy stuff its simple ingredients coming together perfectly. Although I did not add sugar for any of our smoothies as they are naturally sweet. But you can always add honey if you want them sweeter.

Recipe:

1/3 Mango

¼ Papaya

1 Banana

10gm Sunflower Seeds

250ml milk

Add all the ingredients to the blender first. Then Blend well. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. And enjoy!

These smoothies can be served any time whether as a #MealReplacement or refreshment for the month of #Ramadan you can drink this smoothies for breaking fast or for #sohur  .
