- Cooking oil
- About a dozen shrimp
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste with soya bean oil paste
- Bit of salt
- A splash of Shaohsing rice cooking wine
- Scallions, sliced
Clean and de-vein shrimp. Heat pan with a bit of oil and then add shrimp.
Toss shrimp for about a minute, then add shrimp paste, salt to taste, and a splash of rice cooking wine.
Look at those juicy shrimps!
When the shrimp is almost fully cooked, add in the scallions and cook until it’s done.
Add some scallions for colour and additional flavour
After that, it’s ready to serve.
